My name is Emily, I am a free spirit, traveller, dancer, channeler and writer.

At 31, I chose to leave the life I had built in London. For as long as I could remember I struggled to feel like I belonged; I had become a stranger to myself in a life that I did not recognise as mine.

After years of battling burnout and addictions, I prioritised my nervous system. I reconnected with my natural rhythms, my body, my intuition, community, faith, the Land and the Plant kingdom.

Instead of living from a place of desire, I chose to be alive.

Instead of searching for my truth, I chose to live it.

I reclaimed who I am.

I am here to share my lived experience and to walk beside my sisters and brothers who are ready to meet themselves in their truth - as a sovereign human being.
